While most only get to see pugmarks of this almost-mythical animal, our trained guides and local trackers always ensure a glimpse of this magnificent predator in its natural habitat, as well as enjoy the other unique wildlife that this high-altitude habitat has to offer. The pricing covers everything from Leh to Ladhakh, which includes accommodation, transportation from Leh to Rumbak, tracking guide, airport transfers, permits & entrance fees, all meals from first-day lunch till last day breakfast, and lastly, all taxes.

Junglies are responsible for bringing their own alcohol for consumption on Jungli CEO trips. However, we recommend not bringing alcohol since it’s a 10-day excusrsion and can cause dehydration while trekking. Rest assured, you won't need it either.

We will begin the tour with a spectacular overnight stay at Mahey Retreat, located at an elevation of over 11,000 feet. On the following day, we will explore Leh on our own. The 3rd day involves a morning drive from Leh to Zinghchan. Your real adventure begins here. Zinghchan is the gateway to the Rumbak Valley, the snow leopard’s habitat. The next four days will be filled with adventures as you camp and explore the area on foot with your guide to try and spot the Snow Leopards and other fauna. After the exceptional encounters, you will trek back to Zingchan and drive back to Leh. Lastly, you will be taken to Leh airport on the 10th day so you can fly back to Delhi as soon as possible.
Snow Leopard trek is a high-altitude trek, and the trek can be completed comfortably if you are well prepared. You are advised to prepare all the essentials you will need, such as a Rucksack, two quick-dry T-shirts, pants, socks, shoes, fleece, sunscreen SPF 50+, towel, lip balm, headlamp/torch, 1-liter water bottle, and personal medicines.
This trek is considered to be a moderate-difficulty trek with a difficulty level of 5/8 and requires physical endurance, stamina, and fitness. Prior trekking experience is a bonus. Trekking lasts for 10 days with an overall distance of 80 kilometers.
This trek requires good fitness levels, and physical and mental well-being cannot be understated. A good amount of stamina is important and a healthy body. A month before the trek begins, you should do exercises such as jogging, sit-ups, and similar ones.
A 15 minutes walk from the center of Leh town takes you to this beautiful and quiet retreat with 17 well appointed rooms, each with an astounding view. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the Nun Kun massif. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the hotel. You would take some time to settle in and acclimatize since you have gone from a relatively low elevation in New Delhi to over 11,000 feet!.
